Roasting Profile: In order to enhance the exotic sweetness of these natural and honey processed beans, a light to medium roast profile has been used.
Tasting notes: Wild berry jam with sweet candy, rockmelon and nectarine. Bright, rounded acidity and juicy body with a smooth vanilla, nutty finish.
